Airfreight Business Development Manager


Are you a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in air freight logistics? Our client, a leading global logistics service provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the Benelux region.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on expanding the company's air freight business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow air freight revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Benelux region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide market insights and contribute to commercial strategy

Requirements
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outside sales within air freight logistics
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
