About the role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for strategic clients, ensuring smooth coordination of international forwarding operations and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow key customer accounts
Coordinate multimodal logistics solutions (air, sea, road)
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts

Your profile:

Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics
Strong communication and commercial skills
Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
Based in or willing to relocate to Antwerp
