I'm currently supporting a client in the specialty logistics space who is looking to hire a Business Development Executive for their Brussels-based team. About the Role
You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking commercial team focused on expanding the company's footprint in pharmaceutical logistics across Belgium. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmaceutical logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with client needs and market trends
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and marketing to deliver integrated solutions
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
• Stay informed on industry developments, regulations, and client expectations

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within logistics
• Exposure to pharmaceutical supply chains or life sciences logistics is highly desirable
• Strong commercial instincts and a track record of building successful partnerships
• Fluency in English is essential; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams
