SUPPLY CHAIN DATA SPECIALIST


Daimler Truck Belgium Luxembourg (DT BeLux) is a dynamic team of around 60 employees representing the prestigious Mercedes-Benz brand in Belgium. As part of the international Daimler Truck AG - one of the world’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturers headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, we are at the forefront of innovation in commercial transportation. As Purchasing Coordinator within the procurement department responsible for purchasing in Belgium, the Netherlands and France, you will play a key role in supporting different Business Units. You will have contacts with our Business Partners of Daimler Truck, Buses and Financial Services entities across the BeNeFra region; Manage all operational purchasing processes for specific commodity groups, from tendering to contract conclusion with suppliers # Optimize the supplier structure, establish new national and international partners, and maintain relationships with existing suppliers # Work in interdisciplinary teams with business partner departments and the legal team, providing proactive advice, e.g., Identify procurement potential (e.g., Support your team and colleagues A Bachelor or Master in Economics, Finance, Business Management or Equivalent field -At least 2 years’ experience in Procurement -Trilingual: English, French & Dutch -Knowledge of MS Office Tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Knowledge of SAP is a plus -Problem-solving mindset, team spirit, integrity -A key role within a leading global truck brand and an international team -A vibrant, modern workplace close to Zaventem Airport with easy parking facilities -We are looking for learning, committed and enthusiastic talents who are passionate about procurement.
