Florist - Boutique & Hotel

At the Corinthia boutique & hotel in Brussels, our floral presence is not decorative — it is part of the hotel's identity. Here, excellence, discretion and consistency are essential, every single day.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious florist to take ownership of our Corinthia boutique & hotel floral presence.

This is a full-time position (5 days per week) including partial weekend work and occasional holidays. Early mornings and high-pressure periods are inherent to luxury hospitality.

You will:

• Produce daily bouquets and refined bespoke arrangements
• Design, install and maintain weekly hotel floral installations
• Lead client consultations with confidence and sensitivity
• Manage stock, flower care and boutique organisation
• Oversee POS and boutique administration
• Support small to medium-scale events
• Occasionally assist other boutiques (Brussels & Knokke) when required

You will operate largely independently within the boutique & hotel, with team reinforcement during peak moments and major projects.

This is not a back-office role — you are the visible floral ambassador on site.

• Strong expertise in fresh flowers and flower care
• Fluency in English
• Physically capable of handling installations and daily floral operations

• Experience in a luxury hotel environment
• French and/or Dutch language skills
• Driving licence
