IT Business Analyst

A dynamic international organisation with a strong presence in Antwerp is looking for an IT Business Analyst to help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of its business applications landscape.

As IT Business Analyst, your role will be to analyse and design business processes and translate them into effective system solutions. You will support application design and implementation, including ERP platforms, and help ensure that business needs are met with well-integrated tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Process Design: Analyse and document business processes, define requirements, and ensure applications support operational needs.
• Solution Design & Development Coordination: Translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate with developers to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• User Support & Training: Deliver training and prepare user documentation to support adoption and usage.
• Testing: Define test scenarios, perform system testing, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects, track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and report progress to stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience;
• You have 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
• You are fluent in Dutch or (and) English
• You are experienced with BPMN, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and documentation of use cases
• You are familiar with end-to-end testing and process documentation
• You are analytical, pragmatic, and proactive
• You are a team player who works well independently and takes initiative
• Knowledge of accounting and procurement is essential; experience in a production environment is a plus.
