We're on the lookout for a Senior Data Analyst to join our expanding AI & Data start-up.
As a Senior Data Analyst, your mission would include:
Lead advanced analytics across pricing, segmentation, churn, cross/upsell and performance tracking to drive growth and profitability across B2B and B2C.
Build robust forecasting models (volumes, revenue, margins, capacity) by combining historical data with market and macro trends, translating outputs into clear commercial and investment decisions.
Develop market and scenario models to assess strategic options (new services, pricing, regulatory impact) and support executive decision-making.
Act as a senior analytics partner, turning complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations while strengthening analytics standards and governance.
You're a step closer to joining our team if you bring:
Background
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related quantitative field
5-7 years of experience in data analytics, data science, advanced business analytics, or AI-driven projects
Proven expertise in commercial analytics, forecasting, and market/demand modelling
Technical Skills
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL (R is a plus)
Solid expertise in statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and time-series forecasting
Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with Spark and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure a plus)
Experience with big data environments and complex datasets
Knowledge of data pipelines and data quality management
Experience deploying ML models and applying MLOps best practices
Ability to design PoCs and scale them into production-grade solutions
Experience with BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
