Internship in CRM

Context
As part of the dynamic and international Marketing team based in Brussels, you will work closely with the CRM Manager to help deliver engaging client communications via email.

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and IT, you'll gain hands-on experience in how an asset management company operates and learn to use professional CRM and communication tools.

Your position
CRM Management And Optimization

• Support CRM campaigns and client journeys (emails, events, forms, automation).
• Help manage contact data, segmentations, and preference centers.
• Assist with reporting and analysis of campaign performance.
• Contribute to GDPR and data quality checks.
• Test new CRM features and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams.

Your profile

• Student in Marketing, Business, or Data-related studies.
• Curious about CRM, automation, and digital marketing.
• Analytical, organized, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch a plus)
• Power Bi is a plus.
• You have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• You can work independently when needed.
• You have a positive attitude and can handle hard deadlines.
