Context
We are looking for a motivated and analytically minded Intern to support the Credit expertise within our Fixed Income Department. The intern will contribute to the investment process while playing an active role in developing new tools, templates, and workflows leveraging AI and automation.
This internship offers hands on exposure to professional credit analysis and fund management, combined with a unique opportunity to apply data science, automation and generative AI to real investment processes.
Your position
As part of the Credit expertise within our Fixed Income department, you will be in charge of supporting the team in strengthening further the robustness of its investment process.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Design and improve internal tools and templates (eg credit analysis templates and tools), including AI assisted workflows
Explore practical use cases for generative AI and automation in credit research and fund management
Contribute to documentation and standardization of internal processes
While reporting to our Head of Credit, you will work hand in hand with our Credit Analysts and Portfolio Managers, but also with our Data Analyst and many other colleagues within the Fixed Income team and beyond.
Your profile
Educational Background
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong interest in asset management, fixed income and credit markets
Technical & Analytical Skills
Solid analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with data and structured information
Very good Excel skills; experience with Python, VBA, SQL, or similar tools is a strong plus
Familiarity or strong interest in:
Generative AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots, prompt engineering)
Automation and workflow optimization
Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
Personal Attributes
Curious, proactive, and eager to improve existing ways of working
Able to translate business needs into practical solutions
Structured and well-organized, with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Language Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Additional languages are a plus, but not required
