Within the Client Center, we manage the relationship with our Mass Affluent clients and offer investment solutions. We also support the rollout and use of digital tools for all Private Banking clients. To strengthen this dynamic team, we are looking for Client Center Officer Mass Affluent. Your position As a Client Center Officer, you are responsible for commercial and administrative services for Mass Affluent clients. You also assist clients with questions regarding our digital tools, primarily remotely via email, telephone, or video call. You will join a team of around 10 colleagues, serving our clients from the main headquarters in Brussels, via email, telephone, or video call. The goal is to ensure high-quality, efficient, and client-oriented service, with \"Trust\" and \"Knowledge\" as core values. Tasks And Responsibilities Act as the point of contact for clients and prospects, offering suitable investment solutions. Handle client inquiries and execute transactions in accordance with procedures. Provide administrative follow-up on client files (know-your-customer, contracts, address changes, etc.). Support clients in using various digital platforms. Ensure, together with your colleagues, the availability of the service by telephone and email during opening hours. Contribute to improving the service and functioning of the team, in collaboration with your manager and colleagues within and outside the department. Your profile Bachelor's degree and/or several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a commercial or client-oriented role in the financial sector. Affinity or interest in investments and financial markets. Comfortable with digital tools; experience with client relationship management systems is an advantage. Able to communicate fluently with clients in French and/or Dutch (minimum level in the other language). Also proficient in English. Personal Skills Communicative and precise administratively, with strong service-oriented and interpersonal skills, able to build lasting relationships within a defined framework. Enjoys challenges and commercial conversations with clients. Thrives in a team but can also work independently. Entrepreneurial, results- and solutions-oriented.
