Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, encode, and submit permit requests to local authorities in accordance with regional regulations.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for each permit dossier (creation, updates, and follow-up).
• Monitor the progress of permit applications and proactively follow up with local administrations to ensure timely approvals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (project management, design, and construction) to provide updates on permit statuses and anticipate potential delays.
• Support compliance with local and European regulatory requirements related to telecom (FTTH) infrastructure projects.

Our Expectations

• Very good computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Fluent in Dutch and good in English and/or French
• A basic knowledge of the Belgian telecom industry is a plus
• A good understanding of the legislation and public regulations regarding FTTH, RHF & BP is a plus
• Any experience in Osiris, GIPOD or PoWalco as digital tooling is a plus
