To support its fast growth, the team is looking for a bSenior Application Engineer /b to help customers unlock the full potential of the technology. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs an Application Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical partner for customers—before and after onboarding. You will showcase the platform through demos, guide new clients in getting started, and provide ongoing technical expertise to ensure their success. With your engineering background and communication skills, you’ll bridge the gap between customer needs and the product team, ensuring seamless adoption and long‑term value. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting technical capabilities and use cases. /li liSupport customers during onboarding and training, ensuring smooth integration into their workflows. /li liProvide first‑line technical support via email, ticketing systems, and video calls. /li liTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to simulations, CAD integration, and platform functionalities. /li liAnalyze results and propose actionable next steps to help customers achieve their engineering goals. /li liWork closely with Product and Engineering teams to guide issues, suggest improvements, and test new features. /li liCreate and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge‑base materials. /li liGather customer feedback and proactively identify opportunities to improve both the platform and the overall customer experience. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. /li liSolid knowledge of CFD, thermal engineering, or mechanical design principles. /li liStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills. /li liExcellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences. /li liCustomer‑focused mindset, comfortable working directly with enterprise clients. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. /li liPassion for technology and enthusiasm for helping customers succeed. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liBe part of a high‑growth scale‑up shaping the future of engineering design. /li liWork with passionate, talented colleagues in a dynamic SaaS environment. /li liCompetitive compensation package with attractive benefits. /li liOpportunities for career growth and professional development. /li liA collaborative culture that values teamwork, innovation, and well‑being. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
