Production Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the concrete sector. They produce finished concrete products such as clinkers, slabs, tiles, etc. They are a family-run business with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and lead production in Lubbeek? As Production Manager, you are the hub of the team. You will direct and coordinate production activities, monitor planning and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the production team.
• Plan and coordinate production activities.
• Monitor quality standards and safety compliance.
• Analyse and resolve technical faults and process problems.
• Optimise production processes and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• You play a key role in detecting problems and implementing structural solutions, while monitoring quality and safety on the shop floor and thinking about improvements in the production process.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: Experience as a production manager or in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical understanding: Knowledge of production processes and technology (mechanics/electricity is a plus).
• Organisational talent: Working in a structured way and keeping an overview in a dynamic environment.
• Enterprising: Taking initiative and thinking proactively.
• Communication strong: Fluent communication in Dutch or English.
