As Plant Manager, you are the heartbeat of the site in West-Flanders. You combine strategic thinking with daily presence on the shop floor. You ensure safe operations, strong performance, and a culture where people grow and succeed.

• Safety & Environment (SHE): Lead by example in safety behavior, implement improvement programs, and ensure full compliance with internal and external standards.
• Quality & Service: Guarantee timely delivery of products that meet specifications, resolve quality issues swiftly, and drive service level optimization.
• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and use data to identify and eliminate losses.
• People & Leadership: Foster engagement, develop talent, and build a strong communication culture across the site.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure the plant's direction is aligned with broader company strategy, including capex, legal, and operational governance.

• Senior profile with experience in manufacturing in a multinational.
• Proven leadership skills and hands-on mindset.
• Experience with TPM and improvement programs is a plus
• Fluent in English, second language Dutch or French.
