Dries Van Noten founded his eponymous brand in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1986. He is widely recognised for his distinctive approach to craft, combining refined tailoring with bold eclecticism. His signature use of print, texture, colour, and silhouette continues to define a style that exists beyond seasonal trends. Today, Dries Van Noten collections are available in stores across Europe, the United States, and Asia, as well as through a global network of wholesale partners, and online. The brand has recently expanded into beauty and fragrance, complementing its ready-to-wear and accessories collections. In December 2024, Julian Klausner was appointed Creative Director. Having worked closely with Dries since 2018, his deep understanding of the house’s identity ensures continuity while opening a new chapter for its future.

The Opportunity

As our Wholesale Assistant, you will contribute to the operational coordination of our activities and support the accuracy and consistency of data across systems. The role requires a structured approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update order and client information within JOOR and ERP systems.
• Lead the setup of the JOOR platform and coordinate JOOR photoshoots.
• Support pre- and post-collection data entry, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Contribute to product and client data updates for seasonal activities.
• Gather product and service feedback and support the preparation of operational reporting.
• Share ideas that contribute to workflow improvement and enhanced data management across teams.

Profile

• Experience in sales operations within fashion or retail.
• Good knowledge of JOOR, ERP tools, or similar operational systems.
• Strong organisational skills and a precise, detail-oriented mindset.
• Team-oriented and proactive.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a structured and dependable way.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset.
