In June 2024, Dries Van Noten presented his final collection as Creative Director but continues to contribute to the brand. In December 2024, Julian Klausner was appointed Creative Director. His first women's runway collection will debut on March 5, 2025. Mission As a Product Development Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Product Development team throughout the collection creation process. Your hands-on involvement will allow you to gain insights into the luxury fashion industry and contribute to the development of Dries Van Noten's iconic collections. Your Tasks & responsibilities Follow up and support the development of MEN and WOMEN collections. Assist with sending out collection and press requests to suppliers. Manage and update supplier overviews. Help with quality control of fabrics to ensure top-notch standards. Monitor incoming fabrics and prepare them for use by the Product Development team. Update development boards with seasonal developments and trimmings. Maintain and organize the trim-library. Update the data system to reflect daily collection progress. Oversee outgoing parcels, including tracking and tracing deliveries. Daily Activities Stay on top of fabric management and preparation for team use. Ensure development boards and seasonal updates are accurate and well-organized. Maintain efficient documentation and support operational tasks related to collections. Profile Currently a student or recent graduate from Fashion design or Fashion school. Passionate about product development and the luxury fashion/beauty industry. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Organized, motivated, and a proactive team player. Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
