Drive the Energy Transition with a Key Infrastructure Project

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead and optimize the large-scale rollout of smart electricity meters. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in a strategic, cross-functional programme that is crucial for building the smart grid of the future and empowering citizens in their energy consumption.

Your Mission:

You will ensure the successful deployment of smart meters by managing the project's planning, budget, and quality from end to end. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the project's progress, schedule, and budget across all activities, from logistics and coding to field installation.
• Defining and implementing robust monitoring tools and reports to track KPIs and drive performance.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, installer safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating closely with various internal departments and supporting operational teams in evolving their business processes.
• Preparing detailed reports for internal stakeholders and external authorities.

Your Profile:

• You have proven experience in project management, ideally within large-scale infrastructure, technology, or utility rollout projects.
• You are skilled in tracking budgets, schedules, and performance KPIs, and are proficient with project monitoring tools.
• You have a strong analytical mind and a continuous improvement mindset to optimise deployment strategies and business processes.
• You are an excellent communicator and coordinator, able to work effectively with diverse operational teams and support services.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset.
