Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Sustainability & Circular Economy IT&D team. The primary focus of this role will be to support the implementation of the EURO 7 regulation, with additional opportunities to contribute to Circular Economy Digital Projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting end-to-end requirements, facilitating workshops, and ensuring that system functionalities align with both business strategies and regulatory demands.

Key Deliverables:

• Collaborate with business teams to translate regulatory requirements into clear system functionalities.
• Organize and lead workshops with cross-functional business members to visualize end-to-end business processes.
• Analyze and document logical relationships among data.
• Work closely with Technical Architects and Development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Support digital projects within the Circular Economy portfolio as needed.

• Proficiency in O365 (Teams, SharePoint) and Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence).
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.
• Previous experience with ESG regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, EUBP, EUDR) is highly desirable.

Academic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
