As part of our Customer Service team, you ensure smooth daily transport coordination, collaborate creatively with customers, and work closely with colleagues to achieve our goals. Your Role & Responsibilities
You ensure daily smooth processing of transport orders
You report problems, delays, etc... on time to our customers
You work together with customers to solve problems creatively and efficiently
You actively look for opportunities to reduce or recover extra costs
You work closely with colleagues and the various departments to achieve our goals
Work schedule
Alternating schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Profile
Your profile
You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
You have several years of experience within customer service and/or the logistics sector
You speak and write fluently Dutch, English and have a solid knowledge of French
You are communicatively strong and always aim for a win-win situation
You are assertive and never miss opportunities
You are a real teamplayer
