Junior Accountant - Technical support

We are looking for a dynamic consultant with solid accounting knowledge and a strong affinity for technical support.

As part of a team dedicated to supporting users in the implementation and use of financial applications, you will work in a complex and constantly evolving IT environment, currently undergoing the progressive rollout of a new ERP system.

🚀 Main Responsibilities:

• Support users in preparing for the ERP Go Live: identifying tasks to be completed before the transition from the old system.
• Prepare users for change: explaining new workflows and processes post-Go Live.
• Prepare and migrate accounting files in Venice and Onea (migration from Venice/Exact).
• Configure the accounting modules of the new ERP.
• Provide on-site support during the transition phase (Hypercare – 2 weeks post-Go Live).
• Offer ongoing remote support (via Teams, email, Jira tickets, etc.).

💪 Skills and Autonomy Required:

• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general accounting.
• Knowledge of Venice and Onea is a plus.
• Strong interest in IT solutions related to finance.
• Team player with a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
• Fast learner with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong understanding of business processes (automotive sector) and their financial implications (e.g., vehicle margins, specific VAT regulations).

🚗 Conditions and Mobility:

• Valid driver’s license (B).
• Frequent travel required (up to 4 days per week) to client sites across Belgium.
• One day of remote work per week is possible.

Permanent contract - full time (40h/week)
