Ebbinge is an entrepreneurial Executive Search boutique specialized in key positions for private equity funds and growing family‑owned and midsize companies. For more than 15 years in Belgium, we have been supporting established families, investors, and executives in identifying and attracting top talent.

Our assignments primarily focus on:

• Investment professionals for private equity funds;
• C‑level and strategic roles (M&A, strategy, corporate development, etc) within family‑owned or PE‑backed companies.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a (junior) consultant to support the expansion of the Ebbinge team, in current or new branches of activities, and welcome candidates seeking a different, open minded, entrepreneurial yet highly qualitative approach to recruitment. We are seeking someone with at least one year of recruitment experience, and a genuine interest in people, organisations, and growth.
