📢 Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (CSM Focused) – Brussels, Hybrid
We are currently seeking a Senior Technical ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) for a critical government project based in Brussels. You’ll play a leading role in the migration and consolidation of two ServiceNow environments.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll support the Analysis & Design phase, co-lead workshops, contribute to technical design, and help steer the technical delivery alongside a Senior Business Analyst and Architect.
🔧 Key Focus Areas:
- Customer Service Management (CSM) – most critical requirement
- ITSM – Incident Management, Interactions, Archive
- Knowledge Management – migration of knowledge base using out-of-the-box KM processes
- Data segregation & integrations between environments
✅ Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in CSM
- Proven track record in technical consulting and solution design
- Comfortable working with business stakeholders during workshops and design sessions
- Fluent in Dutch (required for government engagement)
- Onsite presence 1-2 days/week in Brussels
- Available to start ASAP
