Are you ready to take full ownership of a business-critical SAP logistics/ SCM platform? I'm looking for an experienced SAP SCM / PM Team Lead to join a forward-thinking end-user organisation currently undergoing a major digital transformation, including a greenfield SAP PM implementation and a group-wide S/4HANA rollout.
You’ll lead a skilled team of 4 to 6 professionals, managing budgets exceeding €1 million, and act as SAP SCM / PM Platform Owner. This is your chance to shape and execute the SAP SCM / logistics strategy for a business that values ownership, innovation, and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the SAP Team Lead for SCM / PM, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP specialists, fostering development and performance.
- Own the full SAP logistics platform across PM, MM, WM, SD, and Chemical Management modules.
- Spearhead the Greenfield SAP PM implementation and be part of the transition to SAP EWM in an ambitious warehousing revamp project.
- Collaborate with ICT business partners, junior team members, and external vendors to deliver smart, scalable solutions.
- Define platform blueprints, manage enhancements, and guide long-term IT roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
- Serve as the bridge between IT and business, gathering needs, shaping demand, and influencing key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Collaborate:
- Guide daily operations and drive delivery across ICT logistics initiatives.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, supporting their career growth.
- Manage external partners and ensure solution design is aligned with strategic goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Business Process Owners, Architects, and vendors.
Be the Architect & Platform Owner:
- Design and own the SAP logistics platform roadmap.
- Maintain platform architecture and ensure it aligns with evolving organizational needs.
- Stay up to date on trends in SAP and logistics IT to continuously improve the platform.
Govern & Deliver:
- Lead SAP logistics-related projects from conception to implementation.
- Deliver solutions on time, on budget, and in scope, with a clear eye for both quick wins and long-term success.
- Manage enhancement pipelines and platform governance processes.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: Up to €8,000 gross/month x13.92
