Freelance SAP Manufacturing Team Lead – S4HANA Implementation

Our client, a leading organization in the Gent area, is looking for a hands-on Interim SAP Manufacturing Team Lead to support their ongoing S4HANA implementation.

You will lead and coach a team of five, ensuring delivery quality while remaining actively involved in SAP for support, changes, and prioritization. You’ll also be responsible for resource planning and collaborating with an external vendor on the MES system.

You:

An experienced Manufacturing expert with strong leadership skills, capable of translating business needs into priorities and guiding the team to successful outcomes.

Details

• Location: On-site, Gent area (Hybrid weekly)
• Contract: Initial 3 months (extension possible, up to 1 year) | Start ASAP
• Languages: Dutch & English required
