Digital mission: digitize laboratory activities through an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) (mainly Idbs). Global objective: build an integrated digital ecosystem connecting the ELN with lab equipment (bioreactors, chromatography skids), devices, databases, and other systems to improve automation and data flows. Responsibilities: Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the ELN (Idbs / Biovia). Develop and maintain ELN templates, workflows, and technical components. Contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives within CMC labs. Prepare and support the Idbs migration roadmap to Desktop Web Client and Web Client Cloud Must‑have: Hands‑on development experience with ELN systems, ideally Idbs (high priority). Previous involvement in ELN implementation or laboratory digitalization projects. Strong technical profile (not project management focused). Understanding of digital lab ecosystems and system integrations. French and English required (many scientists are French-speaking). Ability to interact with IT and scientific stakeholders. Nice‑to‑have: Experience with Biovia or other ELNs. Knowledge of related systems (sample management, MES/manufacturing systems). Industry experience: pharma, chemical, or food industry. Architecture/system integration understanding. Experience using Azure DevOps. Experience with on‑prem cloud transitions. Ideal Candidate: A Business Analyst / Developer with proven ELN development experience (Idbs preferred). Strong technical skills and hands‑on mindset. Comfortable working with scientific end users and IT teams. Able to quickly understand lab workflows and propose suitable digital solutions. Curious, autonomous, flexible, and eager to learn new systems. Not necessarily from pharma if they have relevant lab digitalization experience.
