As a Regulatory Transformation Consultant, you help insurance institutions translate regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable transformation. You work at the intersection of regulation, business change and execution, ensuring that compliance is not only achieved but embedded into the organization.

Ensur is looking for driven professionals for the role of Regulatory Transformation Consultant. As part of our growing team, you will collaborate with various organizations, helping them mitigate their compliance and support them in delivering workable solutions that combine regulatory compliance and efficient business processes.

As a Regulatory Transformation Consultant you will:

• Implement Compliance by design in transformation projects related to topics such as AML, CFT, DORA, IDD, GDPR, CSRD, etc..
• Translate new or evolving insurance regulation into actionable transformation roadmaps
• Support regulatory-driven change programs from design through implementation
• Act as a hands-on consultant within client compliance or transformation- or project teams
• Collaborate with clients to identify and implement effective solutions to address regulatory compliance challenges.
• Conduct compliancy assessments at both enterprise and business unit levels.
• Develop and refine policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Deliver training sessions and foster awareness of compliance best practices.
• Assist in the evaluation, set-up, and implementation of a performant and compliant organization and in the performance of specific Compliance tasks (risk assessments, monitoring, advisory, reporting,…)

Key Duties:

• Engage with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally, across different functional areas.
• Stay informed about regulatory and market developments in the field of compliance.
• Contribute to the expansion and enhancement of compliance service offerings.
• Foster strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in compliance or risk consulting, business analysis and/or project management within the insurance industry
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying various legal frameworks.
• Knowledge of several regulations and interested in learning more.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency improvement.
• Analytical approach with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse workload.
