Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET/Angular)

Contract: Payroll or Freelance for 1 year, then after a permanent contract with the client.

Location: Brussels area

Hybrid: 1 day on-site, 4 days remote

We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to join a high-level team working on cloud-based web solutions for internal and client-facing projects. You’ll be hands-on with both .NET Core and Angular, while also coaching junior developers and leading on architecture and DevOps best practices.

What are your responsibilities?

• Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core and Angular
• Lead technical decisions and own delivery end-to-end
• Mentor and coach junior developers
• Contribute to DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines and cloud deployments (Azure)
• Bring new ideas and a clean coding mindset to scalable enterprise products

Who are we looking for?

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong backend skills in C#, .NET Core, REST APIs
• Solid frontend skills in Angular (v10+)
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio
• Coaching mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Bonus if you know: SQL Server, Python, Blazor, or Generative AI integration
