We're looking for a
Service Designer
to join one of our clients' teams.
What are your responsibilities?
- Lead discovery and service design projects
from insight to delivery. - Facilitate
workshops
to align stakeholders around value propositions, service blueprints, and strategic outcomes. - Translate
customer insights and business requirements
into structured, actionable service flows. - Map and optimize cross-channel service journeys
, ensuring consistency across digital and human touchpoints. - Identify
systemic challenges and business opportunities
across teams and functions. - Collaborate with
UX, Product, Tech, and Data teams
to ensure feasibility and alignment. - Support
business case development
and define MVPs for implementation.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of experience
in service design, business design, or strategic design roles. - Proven track record designing services for
enterprise platforms, B2B, or public sector ecosystems
. - Strong
facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management
skills. - Expertise in
service design methodologies
(Double Diamond, blueprints, journey mapping, MVP framing). - Proficient with Miro, Mural, FigJam,
or similar collaboration tools. - Analytical and conceptual thinker, able to connect
business models with user needs
. - Fluent in
French or Dutch
, with
good English
communication skills.
