Marketing Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Medior Marketing Communication Coordinator for one of our clients.

What are your key responsibilities?

• Serve as the point of contact for the business line and be responsible for marketing advice, plans, budgeting, activities, and events.
• Coordinate internal and external communications across various channels (mailings, intranet, website, newsletters, events, videos, posters, flyers, etc.).
• Translate the global marketing strategy to the Dutch market.
• Ensure good visibility/brand awareness.
• Brief copywriters, design teams, and external partners.
• Review and refine communication materials throughout the process.

Who are we looking for?

• Several years of work experience in marketing communication.
• Must have experience working at a marketing agency.
• Native Dutch, and fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with different stakeholders.
• Experience in writing content.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
• Good communication skills with important clients.
• Accurate and well-organized.
• Flexible, energetic, and driven.
