Group Marketing Manager


Function:


  • Develop and implement a group-wide marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a marketing team across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate cross-company marketing programs and campaigns, managing budgets, planning, and timelines.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and consistency across all markets and communication channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy including social media, content, web performance, marketing automation, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and guide decision-making.
  • Translate complex financial products and services into clear and compelling marketing messages.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business lines, product management, and sales to ensure commercial alignment.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with industry regulations and internal compliance requirements.
  • Report on marketing performance through KPIs, data insights, and ROI tracking.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new marketing technologies, tools, and trends.


Profile :

  • Minimum 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Proven experience in a strategic marketing leadership role, managing teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-border or cross-company projects.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, planning cycles, and external agencies.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or strategic communications are a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO/SEA, social media, email marketing, CRM & automation platforms).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills; capable of simplifying complex financial concepts.
  • Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English (written and verbal proficiency).
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in financial marketing (MiFID, GDPR, FSMA, CSSF, etc.).
  • Curious, proactive, and open to new marketing trends and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between Belgium and Luxembourg.
