For one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Chief Operating Officer (m/f)

Executive position on the payroll.

Company:

Our client is the Belgian sales and after-sales subsidiary of a large international group. The company is located in walking distance from the Brussels central railroad station.

Role:

Daily management of the technical field service staff.

Background:

Experience in organizing the efficient deployment of a large technical team, delivering quality, testing, repair and maintenance solutions, for the Belgian installed base clientele.

Profile:

• A dynamic executive / senior manager with relevant experience in managing either: repair and technical intervention field services, or a remote testing & quality assurance organization, or field operations in a water-, gas- or electricity distribution entity, or a large in-bound call center.
• Result-driven.
• Stress resistant.
• Strong communication skills.
• Master degree with minimum 10 years of relevant management experience.
• Perfect trilingual Dutch-French-English.
• Able to operate as a dynamic ExCo team member.
