Junior Business Development Manager (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential opportunities in semiconductor design, manufacturing, and process technologies.
• Conduct due diligence, business logic analysis, and prepare recommendations for leadership approval.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, from deal structuring and negotiation to post-investment integration.
• Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, industry partners, and external advisors to strengthen the ecosystem.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends, providing insights that guide business strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate across international teams to ensure coordinated execution of initiatives and partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Semiconductor Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the semiconductor industry (design, manufacturing, or process-related).
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with proven ability to translate insights into business actions.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work proactively and under pressure, balancing multiple high-stakes projects.
• Fluent in English; additional European or Asian languages are an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of the semiconductor value chain and ecosystem.
