pFor our client – a multinational with HQ in Antwerp – we are looking for a strongHead of Global Financial Services. /strong /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /ppstrongAs Head of Global Financial Services, you are responsible for the overall performance, efficiency and future development of the global finance operations. /strong /ppstrongYou lead the next phase of optimisation following an earlier transformation, with a clear focus on cost efficiency, productivity, automation and the effective use of internal and external delivery models. You ensure that global finance services operate as a scalable, high-quality and well-governed organisation, fully aligned with the broader finance strategy. /strong /pulliDefine and execute the roadmap for further optimisation, automation and standardisation of global finance processes. /liliDrive standardization of processes and secure continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency and scalability across regions and entities. /liliOversee global finance operations covering AP/AR, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, statutory reporting, master data and credit management. /liliAccelerate digitalisation and automation initiatives in close collaboration with IT and process owners. /liliManage the GFS operating budget and ensure cost discipline and value creation. /liliEnsure strong internal controls, compliance and timely, accurate financial reporting worldwide. /liliManage relationships with outsourcing and shared services partners, including performance, governance and contract optimisation. /liliSecure end-to-end ownership of the Global Financial Services operating model, including internal teams and external service providers. /liliProvide leadership and direction to a large, international and culturally diverse finance organisation in transformation change. /liliAct as a key business partner to the CFO the Finance Leadership Team and report directly to the Global CFO. /li /ulpstrongProfile: /strong /pulliYou hold a master's degree in finance or accounting, and professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or CPA are desirable. You can leverage your own extensive hands-on experience in the field to drive results at a strategic level. /liliYou have a strong background in process optimisation, standardisation and automation within a global finance or shared services environment. /liliYou combine strategic business acumen with operational excellence and are comfortable leading large-scale finance organisations through continuous improvement and transformation. /liliYou have the ability to manage and optimise external service providers and complex delivery models. /liliYou have a solid understanding of governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance in an international context. /liliYou possess a proven track record of strong leadership, with the ability to motivate, develop, and align teams across multiple regions. /liliYou are hands-on, pragmatic and results-driven, with a clear focus on efficiency and quality. /liliYou have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliYou are flexible towards business travel. /liliYou are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and other languages is a strong asset. /li /ulpstrongOffer: /strong /ppThis position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping and further professionalising a global finance organisation. /ppYou will be part of a dynamic and ambitious environment, with a clear mandate to drive impact. /ppOur client offers an attractive and competitive remuneration package. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
