What You’ll Do:

📋 Job Specification Management: Obtain job specification briefs from the team to understand vacancies in Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.

🎯 Candidate Sourcing: Utilise LinkedIn, Xing, and job boards (such as job-site, Monster, etc.) to identify suitable candidates, present job opportunities, and persuade them to apply (obtain their CV) or refer other suitable candidates.

📧 Candidate Engagement: Message appropriate candidates across various channels and schedule quality calls with recruiters.

What We’re Looking For:

👥 Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a sourcer, researcher, or in talent scouting

🗣️ Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; Full proficiency in German or Dutch is needed.

🚀 Self-Starter: Confident self-starter with a strong willingness to learn.⏳ Ability to Handle Pressure: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and effectively prioritise competing demands.

📊 Excel and LinkedIn Proficiency: Extensive experience using Excel and proficient use of LinkedIn.
