The Business Development Manager will drive commercial growth by developing key customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities beyond Europe and supporting innovative cargo product solutions for non-standard cargo. This standalone position involves building the business development function, researching leads for new long-haul routes, establishing connections to secure new business for the expanding fleet.
Support onboarding of strategic accounts in emerging locations and build long-term customer relationships to launch new lanes or services
Provide commercial insights, market data, and lead intelligence to Sales teams; Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, key account management, or commercial roles in air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding
Professional level English
Self-starter with strategic mindset
BA in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar degree.
