Your Mission


An Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives and prospect acquisition through outbound calls, emails, video-calls and inbound calls.

You’ll be the selling voice of Falk&Ross and your most important mission is to open new customers in your customer portfolio. While maintaining and growing relationships and sales with existing customers, your top priority is to expand our market presence and build a thriving network of engaged, high-potential clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Developing new sales opportunities engaging with both existing and potential customers
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
  • Explaining and demonstrating the features of products of the full Falk&Ross Brands portfolio
  • Leading generation and qualification
  • Using the CRM strategically to qualify leads, plan outreach, and track customer interactions and pipeline development
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
  • Driving the adoption of new products and promotions by understanding reseller needs and offering relevant solutions
  • Monitoring market activity, gather insights on competitors, and report on opportunities to gain a competitive edge
  • Working closely with other teams like marketing and customer success to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Delivering regular reporting on sales pipelines, customer development, outbound calls activity, and conversion rates


Your Profile


  • You have 1-2 years of experience as Inside Sales.
  • You are trilingual French – Dutch - English
  • You work accurately with attention to detail. Right first-time mindset
  • You think „Service to customers“
  • You are stress resistant and remain calm when answering questions
  • You work collaboratively, being supportive of colleagues and others. This includes regularly attending team/other relevant meetings and keeping colleagues up-to-date on relevant work issues
  • You are eager to learn more about our products and our business.
  • You identify and signal areas of improvement, in a mindset of continuous improvement.
