📢 We're Hiring: Senior Recruiter (Europe) – Full-time | Hybrid

📍 Location: Herantals

Are you a passionate, experienced recruiter who thrives in an international and fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and drive recruitment strategies across multiple European countries.

What You'll Do:

✅ Partner with HR and hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies

✅ Source, screen, and interview candidates across Europe

✅ Manage relationships with external agencies and universities

✅ Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience

✅ Support onboarding, background checks, and offer negotiations

✅ Focus on diversity hiring and continuous process improvement

✅ Conduct stay and exit interviews, and support internal mobility

✅ Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

What You Bring:

🔹 Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience

🔹 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience (in-house or agency)

🔹 Fluent in English and Dutch

🔹 Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and MS Office

🔹 Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Experience recruiting across Europe is a strong plus

🔹 Knowledge of additional European languages (French/German) is a bonus
