Financial Associate

Robert Half is currently recruiting a Financial Associate to join an infrastructure company.

Our client is located in the Antwerp region .

The scope of responsibilities for this job include:

• Take ownership of financial reporting and modeling to support investment strategies;
• Monitor financial compliance and execute long-term cash flow forecasting;
• Manage cash flow activities while preparing periodic valuations;
• Act as the go-to person for external project and contract managers;
• Coordinate seamlessly between the finance team and portfolio managers to enhance efficiency;
• Solve complex financial challenges using a structured and results-driven approach.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• At least one Master's degree in a relevant field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in domains like audit, transaction services, corporate banking, structured/project finance, or PPP/Energy industries;
• Strong quantitative skills and a proven ability to build financial models and perform valuations;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with French being a plus;
• A commercial mindset paired with flexibility and problem-solving capabilities;
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills;
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
