Financial Controller

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Financial Controller (m/f/x) to join the team and support strategic decision-making.

Our client is a Belgian SME based in Louvain-La-Neuve

Main responsibilities as Financial Controller :

• Prepare and present financial reports with variance analysis
• Support profitability improvement initiatives (margin, cost control, revenue)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboard development
• Monitor production productivity and inventory optimization
• Promote cost-awareness across departments
• Contribute to monthly closings, audits, and financial process improvements
• Participate in the SAP S/4HANA upgrade and other ad hoc projects

Your profile as Financial Controller:

• Master's in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience as a Financial Auditor or Analyst
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in French and English
• SAP (CO/FI) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) proficiency
• Proactive, detail-oriented, team player with a strategic mindset
