Technical Sales Support Specialist

Do you like to have a dynamic job, acting as the liaison between clients and the company, handling commercial, technical, and financial aspects?

Your main responsibilities

• Manage and monitor various projects with the Business Development Managers.
• Develop and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
• Define and guide equipment selection based on project requirements.
• Monitor quotes and orders from design to delivery.
• Provide high-quality technical support to clients during the ordering phase.
• Manage and qualify incoming calls.
• Provide technical and sales advice over the phone to a diverse clientele (design offices, installers, etc.).
• Serve as the technical interface with factories and production partners.
• Collaborate closely with other company departments to ensure project success.
• Prepare and validate orders for manufacturing.

You are the person we are looking for if you have :

• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, fostering effective and constructive communication.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and anticipate needs.
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with various departments and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization in a demanding environment.

Technically you have, and this is a must :

• Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM for sales tracking and customer management
• Proficiency in professional simulation and design software.
• Solid technical knowledge in the building sector (thermal, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Proven proficiency in technical and professional English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and good knowledge of French or Dutch
