Role Overview We are looking for an \"Avengers-level\" Business Development Manager to drive Flexii's growth across Asia. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, designing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for core verticals like retail, hospitality, and logistics, and closing high-impact deals. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Strategy: Design and execute localized GTM strategies for key industry verticals (Retail, Logistics, F&B, etc.) to drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and revenue. Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of staffing trends and competitor movements. Pipeline & Revenue Management: Own the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation and prospecting to negotiating and closing profitable contracts. Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales and profitability targets. Customer-Centric Growth: Foster long-term relationships with \"Customers\" (business operators) to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure the platform effectively addresses client staffing gaps.
