Inside Sales Specialist


Job Description

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and generating new business.

You will work closely with the Sales team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

With your commercial insight and communication skills, you will convince customers and build long-lasting relationships.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure optimal service delivery.

You will analyze customer needs, prepare quotes, and actively follow up. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that customer demands are met.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven colleague with a passion for sales.

You are proactive and able to work independently.

Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not a requirement.

You will have the opportunity to develop further and grow within the Sales team.


Requirements

  • You can independently identify sales opportunities and actively follow up without waiting for requests. You take the initiative in following up on quotes, identifying potential customers, and expanding customer relationships.
  • You have proven experience in tele-sales and can successfully close sales over the phone.
  • You are proficient in the full Office suite, ensuring that quotes are prepared accurately with correct pricing, product information, and terms.
  • ERP/CRM experience (PC skills): You can follow up on quotes and customers in a CRM system and stay organized.
  • Technical affinity: You can select the right products for a quote using calculation tools and guidelines.
  • Fluent spoken and written Dutch.
  • Basic knowledge of French: You can hold a simple phone conversation in French and provide friendly assistance or transfer the call as needed.



Salary :

  • up to 4K + package (no car)
