The company specializes in technically complex HVAC and sanitary installations for public and private clients across Flanders. From the Antwerp office, the team consists of: ~7 white-collar employees (engineering & office staff) ~25 blue-collar technicians (on-site installation teams) Due to strong growth, several new positions have been created to support the next stage of development. For them, we are looking for a project engineer who will work 4 days a week from the office in Antwerpen. As Project Engineer, you are responsible for the full technical preparation of HVAC and sanitary projects after the sales phase. Analyze specifications, measurement sheets, plans and contracts Fully elaborate HVAC and sanitary project files Prepare and manage technical documentation Manage multiple projects simultaneously Master’s degree (required) in: HVAC / Climate systems Construction engineering Junior profiles are welcome, provided they hold the right Master’s degree Solid technical understanding of HVAC systems Communicative and team-oriented Net allowance
