We are hiring account executives for a fintech client startup starting operations in Europe.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive (SaaS) based in Brussels. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also involve using CRM systems to manage sales activities and reporting progress to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and solutions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
  • Prior experience in the tech or startup environment is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
