We are recruiting for one of the industry’s most respected logistics players — a large international freight forwarder known for operational excellence and long-term employee satisfaction.

They are seeking a Senior International Forwarder / Expediteur with deep expertise in cold cargo (reefer) to join a small, tightly coordinated, and highly efficient operations team.

This is an operational A-to-Z role — perfect for someone who thrives in a composed, professional, and well-structured environment where things run smoothly and stress is minimized.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage Full Cycle Operations (A–Z) for international reefer shipments (export/import, air & sea).
• Coordinate cold chain logistics with clients, carriers, and customs authorities.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and temperature-sensitive protocols are executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate with a skilled and synchronized team to ensure seamless service.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain the company’s high-performance standards.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on freight forwarding experience in reefer/cold cargo.
• Deep knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics across international routes.
• Familiarity with customs, Incoterms, documentation, and operational platforms.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (or adjust for your region’s working languages).
• Self-managed, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
