Key Account Manager -Service (Permanent)


To reinforce our Sales team, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager, with a sharp financial mindset and strong negotiation skills to manage and grow key customer accounts. You are in charge of your customer portfolio, working independently while keeping the team in the loop. You craft and roll out promotion plans, drive successful product launches, and bring Category & Trade Marketing programs to life. You stay ahead of the game by tracking market trends, retail dynamics, and competitor movements, sharing key insights with your team. You contribute in during annual business planning and keep things running smoothly by delivering on customer agreements. You help customers grow their business while keeping profitability top of mind for everyone. You report directly to the Sales Director. We dance with local flair, giving you the freedom and international framework to grow to your true potential. and Proximity, fostering strong connections within our team and with our customers. You ideally possess a Master's degree in economics combined with strong analytical and financial skills. You look back on at least 5 years of relevant sales or trade marketing experience in FMCG or Retail, with a strong track record of working with top-tier customers. You remain cool under pressure, and excel in both negotiation and presentation. You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and French.
