As a key link between the Belgian headquarters and the French subsidiaries, you ensure smooth communication and provide reliable administrative support. You are the go-to contact for colleagues in the French teams.
You handle incoming requests, propose solutions, and work closely with the Production, Transport, and French Account Management teams.
You follow up on commercial files and orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
You build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
You are a natural communicator with a positive, customer-oriented mindset.
You are good at prioritizing tasks and staying flexible in a dynamic environment.
You have strong administrative skills and are detail-oriented.
You are fluent in French, both written and spoken, and comfortable working in a professional Francophone context.
You hold a bachelor's degree or can demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with SAP is a definite plus!
