Operational Manager

Chronorace is a specialized technology firm at the intersection of live events and data precision. From mass event registration and ticketing to time registration and TV graphics, we handle the critical data that powers major mass and pro events. Our systems need to perform flawlessly under pressure, managing massive concurrent user loads during peak event times.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Operational Manager to take ownership of the full operational lifecycle of our sports events.

This is what your future job looks like

• Client needs analysis: assess and translate expectations into clear operational plans
• Pre‑event preparation:
• o Manage race bib production and preparation
• o  Coordinate all logistics and event materials
• o  Set up and manage the online registration platform
• o  Organize and oversee extra services required by clients
• On‑site execution: oversee operations during the event
• Post‑race follow‑up: provide post-event support to participants and clients.

• You have at least 5-10 years of experience within timing services
• You work with great precision, ensuring that every task is executed accurately
• You bring a dynamic en energetic approach to your work, contributing to a positive team atmosphere
• You maintain a proactive mindset
• You operate with a high level of autonomy
• Your digital skills are on point (confident use of computer and digital tools)
• You thrive in an environment where no strict 9-5 mentality applies and you are willing to work in weekends
• You speak fluent Dutch, French and English
• You are willing to work abroad
