Your role

As a Talent & Development Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our Soft HR strategy.

Your mission? Support our employees in their development, design tailored training paths, and play an active role in shaping the HR projects of tomorrow.

Your main responsibilities:

Learning & Development

• You design, coordinate, and promote a group-wide learning dynamic. From setting the yearly training plan to building personalized development paths, you’ll be the driving force behind a culture of continuous learning.
• You identify skills gaps, develop concrete solutions to bridge them, and actively support managers in upskilling their teams.

Talent Management

• You actively contribute to bringing our “Talent First” approach to life: succession planning, key skill development, internal mobility...
• You optimize employee journeys and strengthen our HR agility by adapting our processes to the company’s current and future needs.

HR Projects & Employer Branding

• You lead key HR projects: revamping evaluation tools, rethinking onboarding, evolving talent review practices…
• And because attracting the right talent starts with strong branding, you’ll collaborate with our Brand & Com team to position Golden Palace as an employer of choice.

Who are you?

You might be our next Talent & Development Specialist if you:

• Have solid experience in learning and talent management
• Enjoy creating structure and implementing hands-on solutions
• Are results-oriented without ever losing sight of people
• Combine strategic thinking with operational execution
• Are fluent in French with a strong command of Dutch—or vice versa
