Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Are you a passionate Experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step in your career? Grafton is looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team and make a real impact in the world of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities: Create and develop your team. Independently manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to final candidate presentations. Develop and maintain a client portfolio in line with Grafton's commercial strategy. Advise and support both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure quality placements and high client satisfaction.

Profile: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficient with advanced sourcing, and in-depth interviewing. Commercial mindset, autonomy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in temporary working legislation is a nice to have.
